Questions
Do my customers need the app?
No. Anyone can open the Throne Map in a browser at stoolscout.com/thrones. Scouts with the app can also claim your throne, which gives them a reason to come back.
Can the washroom be for customers only?
Yes. Tell us in the note and we'll mark it that way, so nobody expects a free pass.
What does Scout-approved mean?
That a real person at Stool Scout checked the washroom is yours, real and open to the people you say it's open to. It doesn't cost anything and you can leave any time.
Is my washroom already on the map?
Probably, if it's in Ontario: we've mapped 10,932 of them. If it isn't, we'll add it when we check your request.
